Back from Vegas
Hey all, (Hi Summer),
Got back from Vegas...didn't lose Summer's college fund or anything. Will try to put up a picture or two of me and Mommy all dressed up for Gabe's wedding later. We had a great time. Stayed mostly off the casino floor, so not too much 2nd hand smoke for Summer. Had a nice time. Mommy got a massage, the lady massaged you, too, Summer. :-) We also got Summer a nice little onsie which has some froggies and "Las Vegas" on it!
The trip was awesome, it was just great to get away, thanks, again, for getting married Gabe and Krissy!!! Fun Fun! Krissy's family is nice and we also met their friend Papo (spelling?).
Looked at tile this weekend and decided on a pattern, but can not afford both bathrooms, so will have to do one now (in about 3 weeks when the tub gets here) and the other in 6 or so months, when we can scrape up enough for the other bathroom. Here's a quick picture of the tile pattern for her bathroom, simple enough, nothing too fancy, since our place isn't the taj mahal or anything. Just clean, bright and cheerful:
Will be getting a new tub, toilet, tile and the sink areas will be updated. Last things remaining in the house would be the master bath, the kitchen and maybe the window and sliding door in the master bedroom...but we'll probably leave those as is.
